Covid-19 has brought great change and stress for our community and for local businesses. For Whole You, it has meant a switch to telehealth sessions whenever possible. For clients with in-person needs who are able to pass strict health screens, make agreements around safety and transmission prevention, and are able to wear a mask for the entire session, I am available. I am limiting sessions to 45 minutes and significantly reducing the number of folks seen in a day.

Please know that I am doing my best to be of service to my community while also working diligently to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all clients and my family. Clients can request an in-person, clinic visit below. Each request will be screened and discussed individually. The steps I am personally taking to ensure the safest clinic space possible are detailed in the covid-19 agreement attached to your scheduling request.

Current fees for 45 minute clinic visits:

New Client Wellness Visit: $150
Existing Client Wellness Visit: $120
Motor Vehicle and Skilled OT Visits: TBD

Skilled rehab visits are charged at OT market rates. We handle direct billing to motor vehicle accident insurance. We do not do direct billing with medical insurance and are not in network with any health plans. Superbills are available for skilled therapy visits upon request when appropriate.

When you arrive, you will find plenty of street parking. You can also feel free to park in my driveway. The clinic door is at the driveway. Sessions are staggered to support client privacy as I do not have a waiting room.
